I could not check in until 3pm. They claimed a room was being prepared. NOT! Room was dirty when I entered. I took a picture of the trash underneath the desk and let deskclerk see it. Sent someone to pick it up. Should have offered a free night or...

The roms smelled of mildew all the time. The bathrooms need to be repaired. There were no additional supplies like soap, towels or glasses. It is great to conserve but this was too much.

They comped our stay after we experienced a major problem. Our room door had to be cut down so we could get out. They also moved us to a suite, and checked up on us daily.

There were problems, but it was not the facility's fault. They're just problems you would expect with displaced people living in a hotel for an extended period of time.
