La Quinta Inn and Suites Hotel

Lack of coordination among departments is severe in this corporation. I made a reservation but later cancelled well within the policy to avoid penalties. When I called customer service to cancel I had to repeat my reservation number 8 times before the woman got it right. She finally cancelled and gave me a confirmation number. I thought everything was taken care of, but 2 days later my credit card was charged for 2 nights. I contacted the hotel 3 times both by phone and through the website. Still, customer service has not responded to my request for refund. Don't give this hotel your credit card information and don't expect anything from customer service.

They have a friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service.

This hotel made me feel respected: They made sure we were in a quiet atmosphere. We requested that room service not come at all during our stay and they listened.

They seemed to do what was necessary but they did not go much beyond that. A lot of company visits are done there so quite a bit of redundancy seems to occur.

It was not a good stay. The room was smelly, the bathroom water was always cold. When we ordered from room service, the menu was not updated.

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed being able to get a poolside room. The only problem we encountered was the noise made by the people in the rooms surrounding us. The staff was very quick to attempt to handle that, but there was only so much they could do.
