La Quinta Inn San Diego Chula Vista Hotel

We went to a family member's birthday and stayed at the La Quinta in Chula Vista. My husband and I were in a standard/King size bed room. It was spotless and inviting after a long day of driving and playing at a park, for the birthday girl's party. The room was big and roomy with a nice size TV, ironing board and iron, coffee maker and a basket of different coffees and sweeteners. In the bathroom was a cute little basket of soaps, shampoo, conditioners and a washcloth. The bedding looked and felt clean and crisp! The bathroom was impeccably clean and stocked with several big white fluffy towels. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room was on the freeway side but the sound from inside the room was not intrusive at all. We had other family members staying in different parts of the hotel and we all loved it and will definitely be returning again soon. There is a Denny's right in the parking lot, some fast food nearby and a grocery store a few blocks away. The continental breakfast options were great. There was yogurts, waffle iron and waffle batter, donuts, French toast (microwave to heat them up in) cereals, milk, coffee, orange juice and hot chocolate. There are coupons, phone numbers and menus in the room for places to eat and delivery to your room.

It is always reliable and the same in each city.

Our sink got clogged and they fixed it right away. Most importantly, we stayed at the La Quinta hotel because it was dog friendly and we loved that!

The bathroom facility was not working when I got there. I called for help and I ended up waiting all night. I was with my husband and my two toddler boys without the bathroom facility throughout my entire stay. It was a nightmare!

The hotel was conveniently located. My room was roomy. The service was consistent. The breakfast included was very good. The cost was somewhat overpriced.
