Complaint Description: I’ve complained to the management Larry Oneil about several issues regarding this hotel. Missing bag with bottles, Uncleanliness, urine odor, non working Television, iron etc. Not enough food in lobby. I took the survey online and gave them a poor rating. Next thing I know He charges my account twice. My bank charges insufficient funds his response is here. I do understand you experienced some inconveniences and I do apologize for that. I do have to say I have been extremely accommodating with you and trying to take care of all your requests over the several emails. I did talk with Eileen who checked you in and asked why she changed the rooms. She said that when you arrived on Saturday the rooms we had you assigned to were not ready yet which was the king room and the connecting Queen Queen room. Since you wanted to check in to your rooms at the time you arrived she offered you the two queen queen rooms and you accepted them. (not true) I trust Eileen fully and know she was doing her best to accommodate you. I also checked the rooms personally myself after YOU GAVE US SUCH A HORRIBLE SCORE on the survey you replied to and I found nothing wrong with the rooms, they were very clean and everything did work. (not true) I also looked at all the front desk logs to see if you had called down to complain or request something during your stay and you didn't according to the logs which the Front Desk logs down all requests. You even complained about the breakfast not having enough food, when you filled out the survey. We never get complaints about the breakfast and I know there was enough food. (Enough for a rodent )I recommend never using a debit card on any hotel or rental cars. How rude! what does he mean? You cant trust La Quinta or I shouldn't have trusted him with my credit card information? What will he do now? I have stayed at other locations and given them thumbs up!
This is the first definate thumbs down for La Quinta Inn!
