We were in town to attend our grand-daughter's graduation at Lackland. Nothing good to say about this place. No exhaust fan in bathroom. When air conditioner came on it sounded like a freight train coming through the window. Stains in carpet....

They had a very helpful staff from start to finish. They were very capable and helpful in answering questions and giving directions. They were very helpful with the continental breakfast.
Every detail was attended to so we had no concerns. The staff quickly answered any questions we had. If we needed info they were there!
