All I can say is that this hotel is a major dump. I was seriously sick to my stomach when I saw the condition and how dirty this hotel is. The service was poor and the rooms were disgusting. I would not have expected this in Rochester. Shame on the

We had to stay in Rochester for the Mayo Clinic we brought our 4 children along with and had a wonderful experience at the Motel. The kids absolutely loved the Kiddie Pool and Frog slide. My husband and I really enjoyed the breakfast it was so fresh and filling. The staff was amazing; so friendly and inviting it was a wonderful experience and if we were to travel to Rochester again this would definitely be the place for us.
