The hotel is look ok from outside but the room definitely need cleaning. The carpet is dirty. The communication between the customer and the front desk is not good. The bed room was not cleaned until i came back around evening time and end up calling the front desk to ask why the room is not clean yet. Their response is not enough people and they will there soon.

I think it is not worth for the money.

The hotel was a good value for visiting New York. There were only fifteen minutes by subway into the city. The area hotel was a little dreary, more of a lower class neighborhood, but it seemed safe. They had very clean rooms.

Management very helpful, exercise room, pool, decent breakfast, rooms spacious and clean, excellent value.

The location was close to the subway and the bus stop. The motel was new, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was excellent.

The people were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

This is an excellent facility. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Helpful staff, room nice but small, short walk to subway (7 train). The neighborhood was a little rough around the edges but appeared to be safe, very diversified. Limited parking in back.
