We arrived at 9 pm and had to wait 20 minutes while the desk clerk went over and over information with some non English speaking people. He then assigned us to a room that had not been cleaned-dirty towels and bathroom, bed not made up-still had...

Baymont has always been a great experience for us. It has clean rooms and everything we've needed. I booked our son and daughter-in-law into the Gurnee Baymont over the holidays because I've liked our times with them so much.
