We arrived after a late flight to a very unfriendly desk clerk who refused to give an additional blanket. The room was not very clean and during the entire stay, there were bird droppings outside and right next to elevator, and they were never cleaned up.
A main light went out and it took two days to get a repair; the old TV barely was watchable. "Breakfast" consists of white floury muffins and bagels pre-packaged or you can eat dry cereal. The last morning a man with no shoes, naked to the waist, entirely covered in tatoos, was allowed to eat like this in the breakfast area. This hotel needs sprucing up and managers who care. Don't stay here if you enjoy peaceful use and considerate fellow travelers.
It’s overpriced for what you get; we will never go back.
