La Quinta Inn Orlando Hotel

First of all when we checked in they didn't even ask for ID or anything to make sure the right person was checking in... Then they gave us a key anyway & when we got to our room there was already people sleeping in there. We went to the lobby & changed the room.. when we got to our second room there was only one bed for a group of 5 people. we went again to the lobby & the guy told us that the couch was a bed too. i clearly stated that we had more than 2 people and we wanted 2 beds that we paid for.. they changed our room again and we ended up in a smoking 2 beds and the bathroom looked like someone was walking on the walls. HORRIBLE.. then we went to the park and when we got back to our room our key was disactivated. when i told the receptionist that our key didnt work she stated that no one was booked in that room (mind you all our things were still in there) she said we were in the room next door to it.. so we had to move rooms again.. & to top it off there was a roach in my luggage!!!!!!! GROSSSSS!!!!! another thing, the breakfast staff is really rude!! it was 2 minutes after breakfast was over & i had been there since earlier & i asked her for some milk for my cereal and she turned away and said "BREAKFAST IS OVER! DONT BE ASKING ME FOR NO GOD DAMN MILK" horrible staff!! one of the hotel staff was trying to flirt with me while i was walking to my room... and during check out while we packed our things we found 2 roaches in our bathroom floor. THE DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER!! only good thing about this place is that we got refunded our first night there. other than that it was the worst hotel ever!

The carpet in our room was really wet and we later discovered it was from a leaking toilet pipe in the room above ours. Needless to say we checked out early. Also worth noting is that the pool is NOT heated and far too cold for swimming in. Exercise room consists of 3 treadmills (one was a stairclimber). Business room only has one computer for the entire hotel, although if it is available it does have free high speed internet. We were happy with the staff's understanding of our desire to check out early and very greatful for it.

The front desk said one thing then did another. I think she wanted extra money for regular service.

This hotel made me feel content: They had in-house computer service.

The stay at the La Quinta hotel was fine. I was greeted and check in and check out were very quickly and courteously.

I liked the continental breakfast, the nice TV and the new bedding. There was no internet service available for guests.
