Okay

The hotel was convienant for what I needed. It was fairly clean. The air conditioner unit was so loud, and the shower head didn't work but other than that it was fine.

Good

Though there was a slight musty smell when you first entered the room, the roon was very clean. I am most impressed with how quiet each room was (this was my third stay), especially so close to the interstate. would easily stay at this hotel...

Okay

On the plus side: This hotel was clean, staff was helpful, had a very nice outdoor pool, and a good continental breakfast. It was easy to get to from I-10. It was easy to get to the French Quarter from the hotel, and only took about 15 minutes. ...

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. This place is definitely old, although the rooms have been updated with new carpet, beds and bedding, it is still an old hotel. In my opinion, this hotel charges way too much for what you get and the location. I could have stayed in the Quarter for the same price in much nicer accommodations.

The hotel was average. The rooms were very clean and tidy and that is all that mattered to us. They did mess up our reservation and the other two my family made. Altogether, it took about 45 minutes for everyone to get everything straightened out an

The La Quinta on Veterans in New Orleans (before Hurricane Katrina) was clean, quiet, and allowed pets. It is a very nice hotel.

This was a good hotel. It was clean, with easy access to the interstate. La Quintas are very dependable no matter where they are and are my first choice when driving.
