40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The free wireless internet access did not work properly and the tech support was wholly ineffective. The bathroom's metal surfaces were rusty, particularly the air intakes and the exhaust grates. The air conditioning unit was loud and the controls were not responsive.

to return to the La Quinta Inn Monroe.
I would not recommend it to friends.
First, when we got to our room the key wouldn't work and they stuck us way in the back with no close parking so my husband had to drive all the way to the lobby. They gave us another room even farther away. Then the hair dryer they have in the room...
Although the front desk woman was nice, this place is awful. The carpet in our room was completely sticky, filthy, so that everytime anyone walked into the white ceramic tile bathroom, the floor became sticky and black! The bathtub was gross, my 6 ...
