The staff, for the most part, was great, but the van driver was not very friendly.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The desk clerk was really helpful, I had been traveling all night and he found me his last room.

The price was great, the staff friendly and the room comfortable but the walls were thin. The alarm in the next room went off (no one in the room) and stayed on for over an hour. We could hear it like it was in our room.

We shopped all day at the Mall of America. The hotel was nice but we were tired and there weren't any extra services available.
