55 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

First, there was no ashtray in a smoking room, second, the TV remote was not working. Finally, when I asked the desk clerk about how to get online he could not help me.

I am not likely to return to the La Quinta Inn Miami Cutler Ridge.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was not in a very nice neighborhood. The surrounding area was kind of nasty and sometimes disturbing.

This hotel made me feel practical: I got all I expected, no more, no less.

I am somewhat likely to return to the La Quinta Inn Miami Cutler Ridge.
I might recommend it to friends.

61 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

They always provided good service and clean rooms. I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. During our last visit, they initially could not find our 'upgrade' reservations but were diligent until it was found and took care of everything.

I am very likely to return to the La Quinta Inn Miami Cutler Ridge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
