Baymont Miami Airport is only one mile from Miami International, minutes from the Sports Complex and five miles west of downtown. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean - some have been recently repainted due to some hurricane damage. The breakfast has a good selection of food, hot and cold, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. South Beach, Coconut Grove, Bayside, and the Miami Beach Convention Center are all about 15 minutes away - so it is worth having a car if you're planning to do any sightseeing from this hotel. There's a Computer Center in the lobby which has high-speed Internet access and an outdoor pool for as well. The staff are friendly and polite. A convenient but basic hotel for the airport.

Okay
We had a one night layover in Miami. LQ was close to airport and the rooms were clean. We checked in around 11:00pm and were out by 5:00am next morning. No breakfast stuff was out when we left. Vans and shuttles were on time and clean.

The location was convenient, it provided a shuttle to and from the airport and the port. They served a great breakfast for a great price! I will stay there again when sailing out of Miami.

Horrible
We arrived at 2pm. Called the hotel to let them know we were there and we were told that the shuttle come bty every half an hour. I had to call 3 times and finally at 4:30 a shuttle came by. Then to top it off when we got to the hotel our room...
