Though the staff was overly friendly, the carpet in the upgraded room was NASTY. The hotel looked as though it had been torn apart by vandals. The parking lot was scary to walk into because of all of the thugs in the parking lot hanging out. The...
The customer service was great, breakfast was good,shower was great (really important to me)! My only suggestion would be that they clean the carpet (bring your flip-flops/house shoes). The location was perfect-I even found a blockbuster nearby)....

I was very tired and was looking forward to a nice warm bed and a clean room and hopped in the shower to find as I got out there were no towels in the bathroom and there was mold onthe shower curtain. I dried off with a wash cloth and went to sleep. ...

Family of five here...unpacked and THEN found out we had no hot water in our room. The room they wanted to move us to didn't have it either. Finally found a room with hot water on the THIRD floor! Staff did not offer to help move us so needless...
First of all I stayed six days here so I observed a considerable amount. I wanted to wear latex gloves whenever I touched anything in this place. I don't want to run over the staff with a BUS maybe a MAC TRUCK or a PETER BUILT may be appropriate....

Horrible
My fiance and I will never be staying at this hotel again. Our room smelled like mildew and the carpets were wet. Also someone pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am and the security guard was chatting with the front desk guy and not helping customers....
