The place was great and the staff was excellent. I chose it because it was near where I was going to a concert that night and the desk staff gave me great directions both to the place where the concert was and to the local restaurants. I would stay there again any time.

Each year we stay here with a group on business. It's very basic and could go downhill rapidly with a little neglect. However, our room was fine this time, clean and everything worked. Staff tries hard but often seems lost. OK comp. breakfast. Lots...

It was hard to find the right exit and way to turn to get to the hotel, especially at night. The room was nice and quiet and it was clean. I was not able to stay for more than a few hours, but it was a very comfortable room and the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Baymont in North Little Rock near McCain Mall. It was nice but Baymont and La Quinta had just changed locations and I was unaware of it.

The front desk should be more dedicated to making sure guests are checked into rooms that are ready and in good shape (we were first checked into a room that was dead-bolted somehow from the inside, and had to move rooms).
