They wouldn't honor the price stated in an email I received from La Quinta although another La Quinta did so the night before. I had to wait ten minutes while the desk clerk talked on the telephone. I didn't know if the room had a recliner in it or not which I require to sleep in due to back problems. The clerk said it did, but it didn't. There was a poor selection of food at the continental breakfast that was included in the price of the room. There were no donuts, jellyrolls, pastries, or other traditional breakfast foods. They only had fruits, cereals, etc.

The location was convenient, but in a high-traffic area with limited parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but they could not provide the wireless internet access for my computer, which was advertised. I would stay here again, but not if I needed internet access on my laptop.

The maids did not clean my room on a daily basis and they were very not personable.

I have stayed in their hotels a lot this year and I was very pleased overall. The guests' comfort and service were top priority in all the hotels.

This hotel made me feel content: Everyone on the staff made me feel welcome. Everything always went smoothly.

My room pricing was high. I had to wait over ten minutes when I arrived, while the one and only desk clerk talked on the telephone while my cab sat outside with the meter running. My room was supposed to have a lounge chair and did not. She changed my room, but it did not have one either so I just gave up after making a mental note to never stay there again.
