It was close to a client I was there to see. The check in person had a non caring attitude, but other staff later was good. There was no iron in the room but I got it quickly. The electrical outlet where I had to plug in the iron was loose and faulty, it kept going on and off. I would probably not stay there again.

The heater in our room was broken, it ran on high for two days straight and it was never warm in our room. We made the staff aware on different occasions and it was never taken care of. We were not offered another room. I requested extra blankets and I was offered one blanket and a mattress pad. The staff was not helpful.

The location was central to where I needed to be in a safe neighborhood. There were plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities nearby. The staff was very friendly, even when things got hectic. And we thought the make it yourself waffle maker was a nice addition to the continental breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! When I checked in, I was overcharged on a room that was already reserved and quoted to me on paper. I can live with that. Upon entering the room, we found that there was a space between the door and the hinge, so there was nothing blocking the sound of the passerby traffic.
When we checked out the next day, my girlfriend had numerous flea bites on her arms! And last, the icing on the cake, today we find out they are charging $96.50 to a debit card we used only to reserve the room, we paid full in cash. And the staff has not been helpful in resolving this, did not even offer some money off or a discount! Stay away!

The motel's location was okay. Service was good - when I asked for a refrigerator, it came within 2 hours. The motel is close to shopping and has a Denny's in the parking lot.
