hotel staff turned us away for 2 and a half hours despite having reserved a room online because they were full. once they let us in, they gave us keys that they later admitted didn't work - so they sent someone to "rekey" the door. they lied about...
28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We didn't have reservations here. We were originally staying at another hotel in the area. That hotel was scum. We called and they could accommodate us a our friends for 2 nights. The price was the same as we were paying initially. The hotel rooms were very clean. The pool was really nice. We had a great visit and a great stay. We will stay again.

It was a good location, easy on and off the interstate and near good restaurants. The rooms needed a good cleaning, the same bits of paper were on the floor when I left as when I arrived.
