I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff is always very considerate. The location of the hotel is excelent to get to Baytown & Houston. It does need to have some sort of access to Garth Road that is easier to get to than going...

First, we were given the wrong room twice. We didn't try to get it changed after the second time even though it was wrong. There were gnats all over the hotel, including the room. The place smelled of mildew and mold. The ice machine on my floor
