The room itself was clean. However, the hotel telephones did not work; the room hairdryer did not work; the TV remote did not have batteries; there was no hotel staff on duty at the front desk during early morning checkout.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and in a good area. Plenty of restaurants and other attractions were nearby. The staff was friendly and personable, even when checking out Christmas Eve during a huge rush.

Expedia handled these arrangements exceptionally well. The continental breakfast was generous.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Many amenities including a coffee pot in our room.
