It was very enjoyable. Everyone was friendly.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was a big man at the front desk. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. If we would happen to need him in an emergency, we felt that we could reach him quickly. Also, it was in a 'good' part of town.

I have had very positive experiences, and go out of my way to use Baymont.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Well, first we got an excellent deal on a beautiful, large room. It was spacious and very comfortable. That helped. Check-in took less than a minute! great! We were invited to take advantage of all of their amenities. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They let me keep my dog there.

The orange bed spread was very ugly! The carpet was very dirty in the room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but definitely well worn and a little dismal.

Special arrangements made in advance and checked that same day were complete news to the desk staff. The rooms were not well cleaned. Even for the low rate, it was not worth it.

This hotel made me feel respected: Just the pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the rooms were disappointing.
