Good
It was nice, 2 chairs, complementary breakfast and free internet access. They had run out of shampoo and I neglected to bring any. For business, we would return to this hotel. They were not able to give us a non smoking room and the smell was pretty...
39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel is conveniently located off I-5 on the outskirts of Downtown Fresno. It is within walking distance of a decent Mexican restaurant, but you'll need a car to get to the downtown sights, like the casino, minor league baseball stadium, pedestrian mall, etc. Sequoia National Park is just over an hour away. Yosemite is about two hours.
Service: The staff was great. My check in was quick and easy. My room was kept neat every night. There is an outdoor pool on site, but no one used it during the chilly January days (though it was open and clean). The breakfast had hot waffles (make your own!), fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.
My one complaint: the hotel is near railroad tracks. In the middle of the night, a freight train will rumble through, blowing the whistle and waking me up. It felt like the scene in "My Cousin Vinny."
Easy access. Restaurants nearby.

Okay
Free internet, spacious room.Housekeeping is horrible. Dirty human hair in ice chest. Sheets not changed. Probably the worst hotel in its class I have stayed. The location is ok, but downtown Fresno, CA does not seem to be a safe place at night...
