I WAS DOUBLE CHRGED ON JULY 13 2009, HAVENT RECEIVED A CREDIT YET SO THATS UPSETTING. THE WOMAN THAT I SPOKE WITH WHEN I CALLED STATED THAT MAYBE HOUSEKEEPING REPORTED THAT I WAS STILL THERE...BUT I WAS THERE ONLY 8 HOURS TOTAL. THEY ARE MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH A MILLKION HOOPS TO GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ERRED IN THE FIRST PLACE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL DISPUTE WITH MY BANK IF NECESSARY BUT WHAT A HASSLE. I THINK THAT MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY STAFF
