It is uncomplicated, clean, and the same where ever I go.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The manager went out of his way to arrange transportation to and from the airport, and personally carried my luggage to the transport after chatting for a while. They have a nice, friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

It has a very good location and has comfortable clean rooms. The free breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again if I was in Davenport.

It was in a poor condition. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. The carpet was dirty and it poorly fit the room. The employee at breakfast was rude.

The room thermostats were set way too cold for comfort and I had to adjust them accordingly. Also, the dining room was freezing on one particular evening. The continental breakfast was excellent with a lot of variation for the guest.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff went out of their way to get us a room. I had been to one without vacancies, and they called another and they gave us a suite for the price of a double. They were very cooperative.
