La Quinta Inn Baytown Hotel

First, we were given the wrong room twice. We didn't try to get it changed after the second time even though it was wrong. There were gnats all over the hotel, including the room. The place smelled of mildew and mold. The ice machine on my floor was broken. I took the stairs all the time, not for exercise even though I could use it, but because the elevators were so slow it wasn't worth waiting for. I have never been in a worse hotel in my life!

It's a great hotel chain, I have always had good experiences with the Baymont. It is my favorite pass-through hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture was all very comfortable and the members of the staff were all excellent.
