La Quinta Inn Baton Rouge Hotel

There were problems, but it was not the facility's fault. They're just problems you would expect with displaced people living in a hotel for an extended period of time.

I had to have wireless Internet as I teach graduate students online. I could not use hotel's wireless and the staff didn't know what was wrong; I had to go to a coffee shop! That cost us extra money.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Our room door would not open. The door had to be cut down for us to get out. The manager handled the situation well, and moved us to a suite for our remaining nights. Also, they comped our stay so everything worked out okay and we had a story to tell.
