Mediocre
Stayed here for a girl's week end no too long ago. Our entire room was dingy and smelled terrible. I couldn't bring myself to walk on the carpet without my shoes & socks on. The security guard was an up tight Don Knott's sort-of type who kept ...

28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My group and I were rudely awaken by securtiy guards in the middle of the night claiming we were being too loud. Hince the "rudely awaken" part...we were actually in bed trying to sleep. They would not even listen to anything we had to say when we were defending ourselves. We were wrongly accused and then kicked out at 4:00 in the morning. We ended up having to drive back to our home in Houston, Tx desperately trying to stay awake. The people in the room right next to us were also kicked out and we never heard a peep come from their room. Everything about this hotel was a nightmare. Not only were we violated and harassed by the incredilby rude hotel staff, the hotel was run down and the beds looked like they had been slept in the night before when we arrived. It's a shame that innocent people got put out on the street in the middle of the night, while the people actually being noisy got to sleep peacefully in their beds. We will never stay here again...to say the least.

I loved the location, never been crazy about valet parking and it added $12.99 per night to the room cost. Many of the vending machines were empty or would not take dollars and the main 1st floor ice machine was broken. Excellent continental breakfast, something there for just about everybody. The room was super clean and very comfortable. If it wasn't for the valet parking, I would score much higher.
