We asked for a room around 1:00am, we got a great rate, and was allowed with no hassle to have our pets. We were just passing through and needed a cheap place to stay, they gave us a smoking room, there was no evidence or smell of smoke, that was great. The room was dirty though, trash in the cans and food in the refrigerator and cookies on the floor. We called down to the front desk and she was more than willing to put us in a clean room, but because we were transporting several cats it was to inconvenient for us to move everything again, we declined. Needless to say they took more than care of us the next morning, very generously. They provide exceptional customer service and with a very pleasant attitude, and assured us they would report this complaint to housekeeping. Would highly recommended this site to anyone.
