The hotel had a friendly staff. I liked the hotel layout.

I did like the front desk service, prompt and courteous. The hotel was nice and rooms very modern and clean. However! I stayed 4 nights. First night, the housekeeper did not empty ice bucket, the coffee pot, or bother to give us more coffee for use. Day 2, the housekeeper left no soap, at all. No cups, and no bath floor towel. Day three. she just didn't show up at all, and when we returned to the hotel at 3:30pm the room still wasn't done. When we complained the front desk said the house keeper left for the day and reported that we had a do not disturb on our door. Basically she lied to get out of doing the room. We stayed in Room 239 from 29 Oct 2007 to 2 Nov 2007.

I always stay there on my trips to and from Florida. It is a great place. It is convenient to the interstate and it has clean rooms.

I apparently arrived too early, so they moved us to a better room, which was clean, but it was not ready for use. I had to go to the desk for towels, paper products, cups and so on. I had no real complaints, though, the place was clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly.

The bed felt like it was recently re-paved.
