The lights didn't work and the toilet ran.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and helped us move to a better room because of noise problem.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in person was very friendly and noticed that I was limping. He asked about injury and was quick to offer a downstairs room so that wouldn't have to go up and down stairs. They were very considerate.

We felt safe and secure. The rooms and service were excellent.
This hotel made me feel content: We were allowed to have our cat, 'Mr. Peanut', with us. It is great to have a pet friendly excellent hotel like La Quinta Inn. More hotels should allow pets. It is quite expensive to board animals or have someone take care of them at home.
