32 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I used the spa services at La Posada and was double-charged for hundreds of dollars. I contacted the spa immediately but was told that the "manager was out of town" and I'd have to wait. When the manager finally "got back to town" it took another call from me to get any answers! Now, two weeks after getting grossly overcharged, I still have not been credited money to my account.
