A hotel resort which overlooks the beach. The rooms here have been recently renovated including new color schemes, artwork, furniture, and pillow-top bedding. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools, some of which overlook the beach. There's High Speed Wireless internet access in the hotel too. The Veranda Restaurant serves breakfast daily, where there's a nice view across the beach. The staff are helpful and courteous here and there's a large number of attractions, shops and restaurants nearby.

Filthy, old, we were supposed to have a fully stocked kitchen and we had 1 fork and 3 coffee cups. No pans and the burners on the stove did not work. All 3 hot tubs were not working and management did not know when they would be fixed. The manager was no help at all. If you want your vacation to be awful then stay here.

I was nervous about staying here, but it really was good for the price. we had a beachfront room with a great view, the room was older, and a little beat up, but it was clean, and the beds were fine.
25 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here for a marriage retreat for my church. Needless to say it was a great choice! I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great service, great room, great ocean view and best of all GREAT VALUE!
Would not have my worst enemy stay there.

This place was disgusting, walked in to the disgusting old carpet that had not been vaccumed. no blanket on 1 bed, cigarett butt in dirty sheets. sheets full of stains. large hole in the tub, roach in the room. lock to door was broken. Asked ...

Great service, friendly staff, clean room, perfect location; big grocery store and the "best Dollar Store on the E. Coast" just across the street, $25 cab fare from the airport.
My husband and I just returned from La Playa in Daytona and cant say enough about it. For the price, you really get a lot for your money. There were plenty of people there for mid December and we found everything clean and the staff very pleasant...
