I drove over six hours to stay at this hotel and what a waste of time that was. The staff here was unbelievably rude and not at all helpful from the onset. They lied about parking availability and would not offer any alternatives when hotel parking was "unavailable."

Both the front desk person and hotel manager were irate and uncooperative in every respect. The manager basically said to get out and get your refund because he did not want to deal with us. We gladly did so as we would never want to stay at a horrible place like this. They treat their guests like crap.

What a surprise and what a disappointment this was. We could not believe there were people in the industry who act so unprofessionally. Save yourself the time and trouble, and find a respectable hotel with staff that actually care about their guests.

It is a great little hotel, about a two or three star, very modest, in San Diego's Little Italy district. It was close to made Italian restaurants and street entertainment. It was a safe district in which to walk around. Parking was on the poor side, but it ended up ok.

This hotel made me feel content: The price was right, so was the central location. We felt safe in the district and in our room. There was someone on duty at all times in the little lobby. It was clean and comfortable.
