La Paz in Desert Springs

Nestled on a quiet north Scottsdale residential street, this inn was exceptionally private and quiet. The hostess was attentive but stayed out of the way. Our room was the Arizona Suite, which turned out to be a four-room apartment which included a fully functioning kitchen, complete with snacks, fruit, coffee, tea and even cocoa. We were stunned by getting a literal apartment for under $150. We also got a free hot breakfast, and the 12-foot diving pool and hot tub were just outside our suite, through our own private entrance. This was by far the best value I've ever gotten, and the value was only exceeded by the incredible service. There is nowhere else to stay in Scottsdale!
