La Anita Rainforest Ranch is an eco-friendly lodge located on a tropical farm nestled in a valley between three volcanoes in northwest Costa Rica. Our rainforest cabins are surrounded by incredible biodiversity of flora and fauna and are expertly designed so guests feel immersed in the rainforest, but still enjoy the comforts of home. We had a fantastic relaxing time at La Anita. The staff were incredibly friendly and great at setting up activities. We even had an up close encounter with a sloth that was a definite highlight of our time in Costa Rica. We found the farm tour really informative and more interesting than we had anticipated.
We would definitely recommend La Anita for singles or couples looking for a getaway from the more touristy centers. It's well worth giving up the pool and bar for La Anita's gorgeous location.
