The room was gorgeous in terms of decorations and furniture. The view was equally stunning. The shower gave plenty of power and space.

The hotel front office staff is a little slow. No one answers the phone for a long period of time when dialing the operator from the room. The hotel has very good food and it is centrally located near all that Little Tokyo has to offer.

This property had friendly and efficient service and it was conveniently located.

The location was right for my needs and activities. The personnel were helpful and courteous. The bar had a great happy hour and excellent food which my guests enjoyed. Our room was very nice and what I expected for the Otani which I have stayed in before.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere was low key as was the furniture and the personnel. Their Garden area with its Japanese motif is outstanding for contemplation.

It was fine. The rooms were unexceptional, but clean and functional. The 1000 Cranes restaurant, especially the sushi bar, and teppanyaki were very good, serving high quality food, nicely presented.

It was convenient for downtown shopping and elegant for my husband and I. We were only there one night, but it was great.

Our room was big. The other rooms I saw were smaller. There was no parking attendant late at night. The lobby was not that impressive and had a funny smell. The hotel layout was confusing.

Everything was great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in people was great.

The computer was down at time of the checkout, I had to wait. The hand held shower head was hard to control because it didn't stabilize on the mounting pin.
