Kona Nalu 303, All of the reviews below are 100% accurate with the exception of the 2005 report of bugs. We stayed for 8 nights the first week of April 2008, and we only saw one bug (it was a big one though) in the elevator the night before leaving....
We stayed at Kona Nalu 105. This unit has been totally renovated, and is incredible. Direct oceanview, stone floors, granite counters everywhere, cherry cabinets, wireless high speed internet, and the service from the rental company Abbey Vacation ...
This is how you want to stay in Hawaii - Ocean Front! I like unit 301 as it is the best view corner unit. I have stayed there more than once and I have stayed other places in Kona, have been to all the islands and the Kona Nalu is my favorite....
We stayed in room 303 and couldn't have been happier. This place is in the perfect location...less than 2 miles from the main part of town in Kona, allowing the serenity of listening to the ocean waves crashing at our fingertips. ...

We stayed for 5 nights in room 303. This condo is well appointed, clean and generally well kept. Over very pleasing and pretty well decorated. The ocean front view is perfection, you can't get much closer to the ocean. The grounds are minimal ...
Comfortable, soothing, good for the soul. The pool is small but perfect for us. Most often we were the only guests at the pool. Sea turtles in a little bay next to the property were a big thrill.
