I was given a two bed non smoking room. I noticed a black fleck on the sheet and turned back the sheet. I then noticed dozens of black flecks. I took my lint roller and rolled the bed. I found lots of bed bugs. The staff was very responsive and gave me a refund.

They received two separate arrivals of our family. They recommended nearby restaurants.

The location was just off the interstate. As such, it tended to be noisy, i.e., traffic noise.

I was very pleased. Friendly staff. We had comfortable double beds. Room was large and clean. The bathroom was spotless. I loved the shower curtain. It hung on a special rounded rod. It never interferred when you took a shower. Water was wonderfully soft.The cons are: the heating system is loud. It's on a thermostat so it goes on and off. I came up the stairs to the 2nd floor. This entrance area is somewhat worn and should be updated. Late at night we could hear people check into their rooms. Once they closed their doors we had no other disturbances.I will probably stay here again.
