I reserved a handicapped room so that I would have wheelchair access to the bathroom and a hand held shower. They gave me a room for the hearing impaired and made no corrections or accommodations. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it was a double. They told me double and queen are the same. At checkout they tried to over charge me. When I raised a fuss they tried to tell me that I needed to pay the extra amount and they would credit my card, because the manager was not currently on the premises. Worst motel experience ever. Do not give any business to the Allentown Microtel.
I was so shocked to see the condition of this room, big ugly stains on all the furniture and carpet, smelled horrible, and to top it off, when I pulled the comforter back and turned my pillow over, stuck to my pillow...

a great getway. Ive stayed at the Microtel many times. I have always felt comfortable there. The staff is so friendly and always there to help. I know Im in good hands at the Microtel. As a matter of fact, I plan on visiting them real soon. It will always be my favorite hotel.
