This hotel Stinks!!

40 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I make a reservation for a Double queen and non-smoking room, when I ask for my room, the owner tell me only have one king bed and with same price, I told her that I have a reservation for double queen, she just told me TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!!

I won’t go there again, NEVER EVER!!!

42 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The front desk associates were rude. They refused to give the price on Priceline quote. I paid double. I wasn't given the New Year's package while all the other patrons were given. I will never go to Ramada again. I had a better experience at Holiday Inn.

I am not likely to return to the Knights Inn Rosemead.
I would not recommend it to friends.

31 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. Old is one thing, but a 'dive' is another. Yuck.

I am not likely to return to the Knights Inn Rosemead.
I would not recommend it to friends.
