We did not accept the room - it was NOT as promised; missing the most important promised amenities. Desk clerk was surly and argumentative. Whole place was in general disrepair and dirty. It took SIX DAYS to get a refund from my credit card used to guarantee this reservation. Knights Inn franchise office will not help. Stay somewhere else.
