Awful

Dirty rooms and seedy staff members

39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Their rooms were dirty and the help were of questionable trustfulness. Also, the TV remote would not work.

I am not likely to return to the Knights Inn Rapid City.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Guests shouldn't leave their valuables in the room. The staff might think it's trash, or it might get stolen.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Knights Inn Rapid City.
I might recommend it to friends.

Their people are the friendliest.

I am very likely to return to the Knights Inn Rapid City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
