The hotel personnel was considerate and the rooms were comfortable.

Filthy and the smell made you want to vomit. Had to buy disinfectant and candles to cover smell. Burn holes in bedspreads, door wouldn't lock. We couldn't stay the second night. Left early am. the next day! Staff was not friendly or helpful. What a big disappointment.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not very clean, the front staff was not very helpful. It said it had a guest laundry, well it did, the washer was old and so was the dryer, no soap, and I had to go into town to get it. I spent three hours doing the two loads we had and spent $10.00 dollars doing it. The dryer door would not stay closed, and the floor tiles were coming up off the floor. We got there two hours after check in time and still had to wait for them to clean our room, if that is what you want to call it.

We arrived about midnight to check in to our guaranteed room. We were told there were no rooms. The desk clerk was rude, just shrugging "Oh, well". We were told we could drive back the 50 miles we had just covered and they would have a room. I picked up their phone and called the national reservation office and was on the phone with them for 30 minutes. Someone there called the hotel and somehow, they found a room. It was dirty, smelly, and not clean. I will never stay at this hotel again nor any Knights Inn. The parent company needs to do a much better job of policing their franchises.

It's an inexpensive motel. The room was dark and outdated. We didn't feel too safe way in the back corner as there were several individuals "hanging out" in the parking lot until 2 or 3am making noise.
