We picked this hotel because it was close to the Disneyworld Entrance, it was a reasonable price, not the lowest or highest, and it offered free transportation to Disneyworld.
We learned only after we had paid for our 2 rooms that they only offered one time a day to take, and one time at night to pick up customers from Disney. If there were too many people who wanted a ride back to the hotel, you might be out of luck. We ended up driving ourselves everyday to the park to avoid those problems.
We were never offered a remote to the TV for either of our two rooms. The room had hair stuck to the walls, places where the sheetrock and paint was coming up from the walls, and where the door connected the two rooms together, there was no carpet. Both refrigerators in the rooms were damaged and painted with spray paint. The rooms had a musty odor.
We spent over $500.00 for two rooms for three days, it may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but for the bad customer service, horrible room conditions and the hassle of having to drive ourselves, not to mention pay for parking at Disney every day; we think it is too much.
We would never recommend staying at this hotel.
