Our 7 person group has stayed here 2 times and we have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and warm and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The desk attendant went above and beyond to make us coffee and make sure that everything was ok.

We chose this hotel because it was the most affordable. Unfortunately, the staff member who greeted us was very unfriendly when we arrived. We were told that the computer system was down and we would have to give our credit card number so that we could be charged later, when the system was working again.
On the second day of our stay, we returned to our room to find that our key had been deactivated and we were locked out of our room, even though our reservation was for two nights, and had to go to the main desk to be let into our room. The morning that we checked out, we were told that the computer system was still down and I was assured that my credit card had not yet been charged, and that it would be impossible for them to charge me until the system was back up later in the week. I was also told that the hotel would mail my receipt to me as soon as possible.
Two months later, I have yet to receive a receipt in the mail, but I was however, charged twice for my room, once on the day we arrived, and again on the day we left, the days that supposedly the system was down and they were incapable of charging the card.
After contacting customer service to request a refund for the extra charge, I was told that the hotel would contact me within 7 days to come up with a solution. This was nearly two weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would very strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to save the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
