Horrible

36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is my second time visiting knights Inn in Huntsville, Al. The first time my son found a condom in his drawer. The second time in August of 2006, the clerk swore that he gave us towels and we only had one towel. He came up to our room to see. He would not refund our money for the first night so we pulled outta there the second night. Knights Inn is no Knight in shining armor. No irons, No ironing board, No personality. Then the clerk told us “No visitors”. Please close the Knights Inn before a lawsuit arises. The guy was definitely barking up the wrong tree.

The desk agent encountered during check in was an unfriendly arab/persian man. He was not at all engaging or even very polite. The young arab/persian woman however on check out was very pleasant and kind.
