Location is great for Magic Springs, but it's not super if you're in town for Oaklawn, nor is it very close to the newer downtown areas of Hot Springs (for instance, near Hot Springs mall).
We booked on Priceline, and got a pretty good deal on it. Check in/front desk went smoothly, and the people were very friendly and helpful.
Water pressure isn't great, and it took forever to get the water warm for showers/baths. TV was very small (19" maybe?) for a motel. Room was clean, had a table and chairs, but was a bit worn.
If you're just staying for a night or two, it's certainly a good option and considerably more affordable than a lot of other hotels. Expect a no-frills, but clean room and you shouldn't be disappointed.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Knights Inn Hot Springs.
I might recommend it to friends.
64 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
After staying there last year and being very happy with all the aspects of the location, the room, the cleanliness, the quietness, the service, the friendliness and the cost. We chose to stay there again this year. We definitely recommend this facility to anyone who seeks the basics of accommodations with cleanliness being a priority at an affordable price. We are looking forward to booking there again next year for our annual trip.
I am very likely
to return to the Knights Inn Hot Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We often stay there because it is close to the place that we visit. There are no amenities, but since we are only there to sleep and bathe, that is ok.

Horrible
The room was nasty and unkept, although the sheets were clean, the rest of the room needs LOTS of remodeling and exterminated often. Was unsatified and I will Never return to that...
The rooms were horrible. I read the reviews before we went; and call the manager who stated that the problmes had been fixed; and the other comments came from angry customers. What a lie. Angry or not the customers were right. My room smelled...
The hotel was not clean and everything was old. I was not pleased at all. There were no microwaves in the rooms and it smelled old and moist. The covers had someone elses hair on them. I will never stay there...
This was the GROSSEST hotel I've ever stayed at. I made telephone reservation to include a baby crib and was told they would have one for us upon arrival and they didn't. So we waited to four hours in the hotel room and sat on the bed and...
