It was clean.Phone did not work, toilet needed to be fixed, not a very good shower.“I just was not pleased with the hotel overall, would not stay there again, hard to get any service. Nobody around, lobby doors locked...
Dishonest and userous business practices. Quoted one rate and bumped it up on check in. Required full payment on check-in with a 15 minute (yes folks 15 minute) refund policy. Stayed one week, linens never changed, room dirty, plumbing problems - reported but never fixed. Room smelled, manger would come into room and turn A/C off when you weren't there. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of watered down coffee and a stale vending machine bun. Manager very hostile. Good location but not worth it.

Nothing.Cleanliness.“This hotel was terrible. The sheets were dirty and used on the beds. When the staff was asked to replace they gave us attitude about it. The hotel was listed as remodeled, but nothing in the room looked newer than 20 years old....

We were not satisfied with the climate of the room. The air conditioning unit seemed to be not functioning properly. It was a room with a bed and a bathroom, which was basically what we needed. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the room.
I am not likely
to return to the Knights Inn Horseheads.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The place was filthy - dirt in the corners, hair in the bathroom. I will never stay at Knights Inn again. They gave me a rude reception because I'm a biker!
